Returns
How do i return something I purchased?
We’re sorry to hear you need to return an item, but we’ll be happy to help! Please send us an email to initiate that return. We offer a 15 day return period as long as the items(s) are in new condition. We do not exchange items.We can issue a refund and if you want you can pick something else. Buying online is tough, especially when you can’t hold or touch a leather item before you buy it. We want to make it as simple as possible for you so you’ll never have to worry.
How long until I get my money back?
Once we receive your item(s) please allow our receiving team a day or two for processing. You should see that refund hit your account within 6-10 business days of receipt.
Do you cover return shipping?
We’re still a growing company, and we do not offer return shipping labels at this time. You can send it back the cheapest way possible just so it has tracking and insurance for items over 100 euros.

Warranty
We’re sorry to hear if something is wrong. Please contact us and we’ll be happy to help. If at all possible, please include photos of the area you’re concerned about, and keep them under 5MB. That’ll help us determine the best course of action for repair, please don't forget to include current shipping address
Shipping
How long until my item ships?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. If you need something sent sooner please let us know so we can discuss alternatives and additional charges.
Deliver time after shipping.
Airmail within Europe 3-5 working days, USA and Canada 5-10 working days, other destinations approximately 10 - 14. Please note these are just guidelines given by the Postal Service and are not guaranteed.
We ship almost everywhere but please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Please double check the ship-to address before you order. We cannot honor delivery commitments if you provide the wrong address.

Sometimes a package is marked as delivered but does not make it into the buyer's possession. For example when the US postal service tells us they have delivered the package to a correctly addressed location, we must assume theft. Therefore, we do not issue refunds or replacements on orders identified by USPS as delivered.
Do you insure your shipments?
Once the item has gone in the post we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced packages. For orders over 100 euros our packages are fully insured.

Is the color shown on the website going to be exactly what I get?
Due to differences in your screen settings, lighting when photos were taken, and each individual hide, the color might be slightly different from what you see on your screen.
Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in color and texture will occur. We do our best to match materials as closely as possible within each order, but we cannot guarantee identical leather between separate orders.
